Not quite sure how we got to the end of July already but here we go….
SIGHTINGS UPDATE
Friday July 31, 2020
10am: We had a beautiful sunny morning on the water. Captain John took us out this morning and we spent time with a fin whale and a minke whale. Both whales cruised nicely by the boat for some really good looks. We finished off the trip with a look at some seals and a bald eagle in Little L’etete.
1:30pm: We spent the afternoon with 3 minkes, they were spread out around the Islands. The whales were a little sleepy as we came to low tide. We had some great looks though with some patience before heading home.
5pm: Their evening trip was spent with a fin whale, the largest species of whale in the Bay of Fundy and the second largest in the world
THANK YOU to Claire for the updates today and thank you to all of our passengers who joined us on the catamaran
Cheers,
Danielle
