Good evening everyone,

It was so nice to have the fog lift today, the past week has been tough with the limited visibility.  This morning we had a special trip with three large finbacks offshore and a 2 humpbacks closer to Campobello.  There were also so many seabirds including 100s of Northern gannets, lots of shearwaters, phalaropes, petrels and PUFFINS!  Below are some images from this morning.

We have been seeing lots of minkes in the Islands, can’t wait to see what the end of August brings.

Thanks for checking in today,
Cheers,
Danielle
