SIGHTINGS UPDATE
Friday July 10, 2020
10:00am: This mornings trip was cancelled due to heavy fog
1:30pm: This afternoon we headed out. We stopped with grey and harbour seals on Black Ledge, picked up a couple minke whales in Head Harbour, saw a bald eagle on Campobello Island, and saw three more minkes near East Quoddy Head Light on the northern end of Campobello Island. One of them was Slice, a local favourite minke whale! We also saw our first shark sighting of the season! There were seals and porpoise checking us out while we watched the whales too. What a great trip!

whales in the fog can be pretty special, you often need some patience
