Good evening everyone, what a beautiful afternoon it was on the water, especially after the rain we had this morning!  We started our trip off with a minke whale off Green’s Point, and it was Slice.  We spent some time there before making our way out to search for fin whales.  We had to head our further than expected but we were successful and we found one large finback a mile or so off South Wolf.

We also stopped in the Islands on the way home and had a wonderful look at a bald eagle on an abandoned herring weir off Spruce Island.
