Good evening everyone, sorry it has been a few days since my last update but here I am with all of our sightings from the past few days.  We have been seeing whales on every trip (except for one trip on Tuesday morning where the fog was just too thick but we tried really hard staying out extra long).  We are seeing mostly minke whales still but we did have a fin whale sighting on 2 trips on July 30th and we saw a fin whale, a different individual, today (Aug. 1).

Here are some minke whale photos from the past few days

The seal sightings continue to be a surprise highlight for a lot of our passengers.

Porpoise are so sweet and an animal that most people are not familiar with.  I have included a diagram here to show the differences between a porpoise and a dolphin.

Thanks so much for checking in today!!  We hope the fin whale sightings continue to become more frequent but I will keep you all posted.

Cheers,
